Far from being a chef, I consider myself an explorer and I love to keep exploring new flavors. It’s been 7 years now that I became a vegan and I was a vegetarian on and off before that, and on one of those long periods I was a strict vegetarian for 6 years. But it was only in my recent years That I’ve learned to appreciate my creations, because I’m definitely not calling them recipes.
I have to admit that majority of these posts will be breakfasts ideas since it’s my favorite meal of the day, and my comfort food throughout the whole day when I need to. I have breakfast’s days and this blog will proof of it.
